Recurring house cleaning

Recurring house cleaning that works around real life

Choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning. We keep your normal schedule on the calendar, apply your recurring discount to each completed cleaning, and process payment only after the cleaning is complete. There is no long-term contract, monthly minimum, or separate membership fee.

No long-term contract Continue while the service fits your home and schedule.
No monthly minimum There is no separate membership charge for unused visits.
In-house employees Hired, trained, equipped, and supervised by Baseline.
Same team prioritized Continuity is prioritized whenever scheduling allows.

A schedule, not a membership bill

Your schedule repeats. There is no separate monthly membership charge.

Recurring service is a standing maintenance schedule. You choose the frequency that fits your home, and we reserve future visits at that cadence. Your recurring discount is applied to each completed visit.

If you skip or move a visit with at least 24 hours’ notice, there is no cleaning charge for that appointment. If you end recurring service completely, there is no termination fee or minimum-spend requirement.

Example: you are out of town during your monthly cleaning.

Skip or move the visit with at least 24 hours’ notice. You do not pay for that cleaning, and there is no separate monthly fee in its place.

Our pricing approach

The price is for the cleaning, not the clock

Residential pricing is based on the home details you provide, the cleaning package you choose, and any selected add-ons. We do not sell blocks of cleaner time.

You are buying the completed service scope, not managing an hourly meter.

For homes that match the booked package and the condition described at booking, your price does not increase simply because our team needs more time than expected to complete the agreed work. If we encounter conditions materially outside the booked scope, we contact you before changing the service or price.

You do not need to supervise the clock or manage the cleaning project yourself. You choose the service. We take responsibility for completing the agreed scope.

Flexibility for real schedules

Vacations happen. Schedules change.

Recurring service is meant to make home maintenance easier. It should not create another obligation you have to manage.

With at least 24 hours’ notice, you can skip or move a scheduled visit without paying for that cleaning. You can also pause or end recurring service without a contract termination fee or minimum-spend requirement.

Skip a visit

Give at least 24 hours’ notice and there is no cleaning charge for the skipped appointment.

Move a visit

Reschedule within policy when travel, work, family plans, or other changes affect the normal appointment.

Pause your normal rhythm

Coordinate with us when your schedule temporarily changes and you need to adjust upcoming service.

End recurring service

There is no termination fee, long-term contract, or required minimum spend.

Two scheduling policies we want you to know upfront

Flexibility works best when expectations are clear for everyone. These policies protect reserved calendar time and the employees scheduled for the work.

Late cancellation $25 late-cancellation charge

If a scheduled residential visit is canceled or moved with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $25 late-cancellation charge applies.

Unable to access the property No-access appointments are charged at the full scheduled price.

If our team arrives for a confirmed appointment and still cannot gain access after reasonable contact attempts and time for entry, the full scheduled price applies. The appointment reserved employee time and calendar capacity that usually cannot be replaced that day, and the team is still paid for that reserved time.

Service that gets to know your home.

You should not have to explain your home from scratch every visit

Over time, recurring cleaning lets us build a useful service history for your home. Property notes can document details that help our team work effectively on future visits.

We prioritize continuity with the same team whenever scheduling allows. When another team member does need to help, documented property notes make it easier to preserve the preferences and instructions you have already shared.

The standard package provides the service framework. Property notes help us refine how that service is carried out for your home.
01 Access instructions

Document useful entry details so future visits are easier to coordinate.

02 Household rules

Record property-specific instructions that team members should know before working in the home.

03 Cleaning preferences

Keep useful notes about how you prefer included tasks to be handled within the booked service.

04 Products and equipment

We bring our standard supplies and equipment. If you prefer certain customer-supplied products or have specific product instructions, we can note them for future visits.

05 Priority areas

Helpful property notes can identify areas that regularly need particular attention within the selected package.

06 Service continuity

Property knowledge stays with the service record rather than depending entirely on one individual cleaner.

Accountability stays with Baseline

You should not have to manage the cleaner or the clock

Our residential cleaners are Baseline employees. We hire, background check, train, equip, supervise, and support the people who work in your home.

The service relationship is with Baseline. Our job is to provide the people, systems, service scope, property notes, and accountability needed to complete the work.

Defined cleaning packages Clear service scope and room-by-room expectations reduce uncertainty.
Employee training and supervision Baseline remains responsible for how the service is organized and delivered.
Property notes and continuity Important information can follow the account across future visits.
Clear correction path If something within the agreed scope needs attention, you contact Baseline and we handle it.

A long-term service relationship

We want to earn the next visit.

Recurring customers are important to Baseline, but we want people to continue because the service keeps making their lives easier and delivers the value they expect.

That is why recurring service is designed around completed work, clear pricing, flexible scheduling, accountable employees, and a service record that can become more useful as we learn your home.

You keep control of the relationship. Baseline keeps responsibility for the service.

Recurring cleaning FAQ

Clear answers before you schedule

Recurring house cleaning should be straightforward. These are the questions that matter most before starting service.

Is recurring cleaning a monthly subscription or membership?

No. Recurring service keeps your preferred weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning cadence on the schedule and applies the applicable discount to completed visits. There is no separate monthly membership charge simply for remaining enrolled.

What happens if I skip one of my recurring cleanings?

If you skip or move the visit with at least 24 hours’ notice, there is no cleaning charge for that unused appointment. Your recurring schedule can continue afterward.

Can I cancel recurring service completely?

Yes. There is no long-term recurring-service contract, termination fee, or minimum-spend requirement. If an already scheduled visit is canceled inside the 24-hour notice window, the normal $25 late-cancellation policy for that appointment still applies.

When do I pay for my cleaning?

Payment is processed after the completed cleaning. Recurring service does not create a separate monthly membership bill for a cleaning that did not happen.

How much do recurring cleanings save?

Weekly recurring service saves 20% per completed visit, biweekly service saves 15%, and monthly service saves 10%. Current pricing is shown during online booking.

Do you charge residential cleaning by the hour?

Eligible residential bookings are priced from the home details, selected package, and add-ons rather than an hourly meter. For homes that fit the booked service and provided details, the price does not increase simply because our team needs more time to complete the agreed scope. If conditions are materially outside the booking, we contact you before changing the scope.

Will I have the same cleaners each visit?

We prioritize sending the same team whenever scheduling allows. We also maintain property notes so important access information, household rules, and service preferences can remain available when another team member needs to help.

What happens if the team cannot get into my home?

If our team arrives for a confirmed appointment, makes reasonable attempts to contact you, waits for access, and still cannot enter the property, the scheduled cleaning is charged at full price because the reserved labor and calendar capacity generally cannot be recovered that day.

What if something within the cleaning scope was missed?

Contact Baseline and let us know what needs attention. We will review the issue and arrange correction under our Clean Promise when the item falls within the agreed service scope.
