About us:

Baseline is a family-run, woman-owned, veteran-owned local business. We currently serve the greater Clarks Summit Pennsylvania area.

Our Work Environment Includes:

• Cleaning residential, short-term rentals, and commercial properties
• All uniforms and supplies provided

Field Supervisor Duties:

• Supervise and lead a team of housekeepers; ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency
• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and guest rooms
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Ensure compliance with established cleaning procedures and guidelines
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure team members use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to management

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, with supervisory experience highly desirable
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and follow instructions
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally

Must Have:

• Reliable, road-legal transportation

Pay Range:

• $21.85 – $25.00 per hour
