About us:

Baseline is a family-run, woman-owned, veteran-owned local business.

Our work environment includes:

• Cleaning residential, short term rentals, and commercial properties
• All uniforms and supplies provided
• Remote work

Duties:

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including but not limited to, restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and guest rooms
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
• Vacuum and mop floors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
• Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines
• Adhere to safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members in a professional manner

Must have:

• Reliable, road-legal transportation

• $17.50 – $25.00 per hour
