By purchasing a cleaning service subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.
You will be charged after each cleaning is completed (applies to one-time cleaning and subscriptions).
You will be notified of any changes to your subscription fee before the changes take effect.
You are responsible for providing access to your home for cleaning services.
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, you may contact customer service to resolve the issue. This could result in additional cleaning time or refunds on case by case basis.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may cancel your subscription.
Cancelling cleaning within 24 hours will incur a $25.00 cancelation fee.
If a cleaning appointment is scheduled and not canceled, but our cleaners are unable to access the property due to it being locked, or if the client cannot be reached to provide further entry instructions, the full cost of the scheduled cleaning will be charged. It is the client's responsibility to ensure access to the property at the scheduled time of service.
- In cases where the client is unable to provide access but still requires the cleaning, they may reschedule the service for a later date. The original charge for the missed cleaning will still apply, and if rescheduled within one (1) week, the client will receive a 50% discount off the standard rate for the new appointment. Rescheduling must be coordinated promptly to ensure availability.

Additional Terms

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baseline, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the cleaning services.
Baseline, LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries to your property or any person arising out of or in connection with the cleaning services.
These terms and conditions may be changed at any time by Baseline, LLC.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
